Publisher's Summary

Gaby, a wolf charmer, can command animals to do her bidding. Exploited by Project Sabertooth, a black government group that uses animals to assassinate criminal targets, she dreams of escape.

Prince and brother to the king, Steele is an operative for Team Greywolf. The king demands he quit and take a proper alpha mate. Reluctantly, he promises to return after one more mission and carry out his royal duty.

Steele survives near death, but is captured by Project Sabertooth. Suffering from amnesia, he partners with Gaby, not knowing they are ancestral enemies. Their chemistry is instant. Lycan society abides by the Edict of Segner 1590, the execution of wolf charmers, people who can expose their kind. However, Steele has no memory of such a law, and falls hard for the attractive brunette with beguiling green eyes.

Danger from Project Sabertooth, werewolf hunters, and werewolves hell bent on killing the last wolf charmer foil any chance Steele and Gaby ever have to be together.

Awesome Story!!

I totally enjoyed listening to this story and recommend it to all lovers of paranormal romance. This book can be considered a stand-alone story, but to truly appreciate the plot line, it is helpful to have listened to the other books in the series first. The plot is filled with romance, danger, mystery, and suspense. I guarantee that you will be caught up in the story, anxiously wanting to know what happens next. I am anxious to listen to the next book in this exciting series. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Love the story

The story was great. I really enjoyed the relationship between Steele and Gabby. I was kind of hoping Gabby would be able to use her wolf charmer abilities to cure the King’s son.

Steele and Gaby

Wolf Charmer, book 3, in the Team Grey wolf series is just as exciting with a happily ever after as the other books.

Gaby had quite the ability, she is able to control animals. It can be helpful but also harmful. Longing to escape from the exploitation of her abilities by the government.

Steele doesn't remember a thing, falls for Gaby... who just so happens to be a Wolf Charmer. Nothing good can come from a pairing of mortal enemies.

Different twist

This has a little different twist from the normal shifter romance. I enjoyed it but didn't fall in love with the story. I think it's worth listening to the second book.

Enemies to Meant to be

They were born enemies, became friends and ended up being meant to be. Nothing can stop or change what the heart or wolf wants....

Good, not amazing

This book was enjoyable but I think series are better enjoyed when listening in order so you get a feel if there an arc plot or recurring characters.

Action packed!

I really enjoyed this story. It kept me hooked until the very end. The story and characters were built on and described really well, allowing my imagination to fly...

I liked the narration but I did feel that she must have had a sore throat after the male voice... She made me want to tell her to "cough" a few times!

Another great book from the Team Greywolf Series!

First of all, this book is standalone however, personally, I like knowing the backstories of the various team members who make appear in the books.

That said, this book has it all. There is action, sex, romance, suspense and more. Team Greywolf is a team of werewolves and a few humans that straddles the lycan and human societies in a CIA like capacity. Lycan social norms and rules are strict and hierarchical. The alpha wolves seem ridiculously arrogant and the rest kowtow to them. Luckily Team Greywolf is a little bit softer because the various male teammates each mate with women who challenge and balance them. Oh! And bring them down a few notches too! Prince Steele and Gaby are no exception. Gaby is a gutsy human wolf-charmer whose kind is deemed the enemy of the werewolves. Prince Steele, as a royal, is not permitted to mate humans. Nor does he want to. So how does he accept his human mate and marry her? Simple. Amnesia. The two escape captivity and search for Steele's true identity only to discover that they were never meant to be.

Eva Gordon's books create incredible, complex worlds with incredible, complex characters. I am so grateful that this is a series of books, because I like reading about this world. I love how the alpha werewolves are intrinsically arrogant then Eva gives them a dose of reality. They may not lose their arrogance entirely but around their mates they become overprotective puppies. I am already looking forward to the next book!
