This is contemporary and not paranormal

I received this audiobook at my request so that I can review it.

Let me start off by saying that the premise behind this book is okay. Even after I read the synopsis of this book I was a bit confused because throughout the book Wolf, who is the main character, kept referring to himself as his 'wolf'. I kept reading the synopsis because I thought that he was shifter. I kept feeling confused. I know that I am beating a dead horse but I really was just confused about how he kept referring to himself as a 'wolf'. I went in thinking this was going to be a shifter book and not a contemporary read.

But let me get back to my review of the meat of the story. This was a very quick listen and at times I was all for it. Then other times I was a bit confused. Wolf and Scarlett had an interesting relationship. It was lust at first sight for them. They were playing back and forth with one another. Wolf was playing hard to get and Scarlett was not having it. She went after him hard and he was acting as though he was being gallant. I get the code but Wolf could have told Scarlett so she understood what was going on.

The narration was not the best. It was not the worst that I have listened to but again it is not the best. I think he did a very good job with the males but with the women it was just rough. He could have read the women's part without trying to change his voice as severe as he did.

Fun, fast ride

Rodney has an amazing range of voices and accents. He is very smooth and easy to listen to.

The book itself was good short fun with an insta-love relationship. Wolf helped Scarlett when her car broken down and they had instant attraction. He didn’t want to let her go but she was the daughter of one of the starting members so he couldn’t be with her or he risks losing his presidency at the MC, due to outdated rules. Therefore, they want each other but there are obstacles, including issues with a neighboring gang (that I assume will be a thread that continues over the subsequent books in the series). Overall, listening to them get their HEA was fun and I look forward to the next book in the series!

this was a great book I really want to read other books in this series I really enjoyed this I could not stop listening to it at work...I would definitely recommend this book to any of my book loving friends and family

Hot and Steamy!

I love a good MC book! This book was amazing from start to finish. Rodney Falcon’s sexy voice made the story very entertaining. Can’t wait for the next one.

Really Drool-Worthy Male Lead

The guy in this book is a real hottie! The story is really interesting and I particularly enjoyed the ending. The narrator did a fantastic job! Good book!

its going to be a great series

Getting introduced to the Hellbound Lovers in this first book.
wolf the president of the club falls in love with his lawyer Scarlett. only problem is she is forbidden fruit. With the great writing from Crimson Syn and amazing narration from Rodney Falcon listen to the story of Wolf and Scarlett. Can't wait for Grayson and the other 5 books.

I really loved the story and almost all the narration. I have a little problem with a man reading a throaty woman's voice while she makes love. Other than that, I cannot wait until the next one. I love this series so far.

Sweeter than sin

Crimson Syn has written a book that Rodney Falcon’s voice does perfect justice to! Wolf, Scarlet and the other members of Hellbound Lovers are brought to life. I didn’t want to stop listening or for the book to end. I loved it!

If you love Alpha Men who are bikers you will absolutely love this book. This book was very well written and you will not want to stop listening to it.

Hearing Crimson words in Rodney’s voice was amazing. Rodney has one of the best voices I have ever heard it is deep and he changes it with each character so it is easy to keep up with who is saying what. You will not be disappointed in this book!

Scarlett Chase is a young lawyer who knows how to carry herself. Many men would love to be with her but the one man that she wants will not have her.

Wolf Stone has to follow certain rules in his job and one of those rules will not allow him to go after the one thing he wants. Will he break the rule and go after what is meant for him? You will have to listen to find out!

This book has many hot sex scenes and it has bad language so I would recommend listening with headphone in. I absolutely loved this book!
