Get the printed book instead.

Alongside the practical spells and no-nonsense advice, the best part of this book is the author’s fierce and funny attitude. She’s just SO real in cutting through all the bull! However, the narrator’s “Perky Girl” voice and sugary inflections ruined the listening experience for me. You’ll want to have the spell instructions written down anyway so just go order the book. You’ll be glad you did.

Good in tandem with therapy

This book was ok. Definitely things to keep in mind if you are a witch already in therapy.

Enjoyed it, mostly

The use of curse words seems forced at times, but otherwise a really great, comprehensive book.

Great book for witches of all paths

Unlike a lot of other witchy non-fiction books, this book takes into account elements like poverty, race, sexual orientation, mental illness, disabilities, and other factors that affect folks - and I appreciate that a ton. Great fast read, learned some new things, gained new perspectives, and have a few new spells I’m going to try out!

Loved this book!

As a baby witch struggling with often debilitating mental health issues, this was such a helpful guide for me. I saved so many bookmarks to come back to. My only criticism is that it was at times pretty heavy with the slang- "AF" was said quite a bit, and one quote that made me cringe was, "Namaste, fam!" However, this might make it more relatable to some. The reader did an excellent job. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to a witchy friend.

Fantastic!

Not only was it well written and well hot out but it was consistently uplifting as well!

The author is a psychologist as well as a secular witch so there was a lot of science and medical themed backing to each and every chapter!

Can’t recommend this book enough on your self development journey!

i’m not sure i can finish this book.

I’m trying really hard to like this book, but it’s so hard to focus on the material when there’s so much that seems forced. The swearing and the ‘slang’ words seem like they’re trying so hard to relate to a younger generation instead of just being real.

I love the author's writing style as well as the narrator's voice & reading. The material is a refreshing take on witchcraft & it's uses.

A good read for the stressed out witch.

I really enjoyed it. There were a lot of needless extra curse words through out but, the underlying premise of the book is great.
