Great Addition to the Series!

Alexander and Krystina's story continues in this fourth installment in the Stone Trilogy Series. You have to listen to this series in order. This is a great addition to the series. The story is set during the pandemic. Alexander is dominant, controlling, and commanding. Krystina is smart, and determined. Their relationship is intense. Lacy Laurel and Jeffrey Kafer did an excellent job with the narration! Looking forward to listening to Breaking Stone, to know what happens next.

Alexander continues his controlling, possessive ways. Now that it's the pandemic, he makes.sure Christina is in lockdown. No visitors, no going to stores or to her company. Christina is going stir crazy. She is kept in the dark. Her life is in danger when she decides to venture out on her own to the women's shelter.

Lacy Laurel and Jeffrey Kafer narration brings all the emotions in this amazing story. well done

Alex and Krystina's Story Continues

This is the fourth book in the series telling Alex and Keystina's story so you need to have either read or listed to the previous books to fully enjoy their story.

This book picks up from the earlier book and takes place during the Covid pandemic, just after they've failed to have a baby. Covid is yet another excuse for Alex to flex his controlling tendencies. But as always he goes over the top, I appreciate that he wants to keep her safe but...... Alex insists that she agrees to work remotely from home and have almost no contact with anyone before he'll let them try again for a baby. Understandably Krystina feels caged but agrees because well that's just how Alex is!

Alex although way too overbearing in my opinion can be wonderful and there are parts of this story which show that but to find out what they are you will need to listen to this one for yourself because I'm not telling. Once again their love is tested, their love is strong, but is it strong enough?

The narration of this series is by Lacy Laurel and Jeffrey Kafer who are now for me Krystina and Alex they know these characters so well and bring them to life beautifully.

I would just add that having endured Covid, just like everyone else, I could have done without having it play a part in this book and for that reason, I have marked the story down by one star.

I love the series but the narrators are terrible. It made me wish I had read them instead of listening.

I love the tension I get in my stomach when things get intense wit noth of them secrets always come out in other end I can’t get enough of them they are a great match
