Publisher's Summary

The events of 9/11 have done little to diminish The Kid's growing paranoia. Kim Jong Il is on the coalition's enemies list, but he's wondering how the fall TV and movie schedules are shaping up, and what is Larry David's management style like? Coach Franks is undaunted, the Concierge searches for fatty meat and orange juice with Cipro, and the relationship with Kate deepens. Amelia demonstrates her patriotism.

Groundbreaking Internet Theatre

What made the experience of listening to Wiretap, Episode 2 the most enjoyable?

Disclosure: Mark Leyner and I created the story in 2001. We recorded it on the phone line, just as a real wiretap would be. We'd write out the rough plot line, talk the actors through it briefly, including what was then happening in the real world, then the actors improvised all the dialogue. We wanted these fictional characters to react to not only the fictional storyline but to include commentary on what was actually happening in the world at that time. Alas, we could only do 3 episodes, on less than a shoe-string, before the Internet winter set in and I had to get back to spending 100% of my time on doing content and biz dev deals for Audible...where I toiled from 1997 to 2012. -BMF
