Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

Isabelle gordon reads tinsel wonderfully. The other two readers are so bad, could not get through the story!

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

choose better readers, please. Gabra Zackman/ Isabelle Gordon is just wonderful. I am so surprised when some of these readers actually get paid. I know they keep changing their reader names, but it does not change the fact the are just awful.

Did Winter Wishes inspire you to do anything?

Yes, write about poor readers that can ruin a fairly decent story.

first book was great. second book narrator had chewing gum in her mouth the whole time and you could hear her chewing, took away from book. third book was ok.

about time

I have been waiting for a Moira Rogers book in audio and am very pleased to listen to it. Loved all the stories. Vivian Arend my second favorite story. Yes pleased to recommend this book.

On the cool side for Christmas romance

These felt like regular romance stories with paramoral elements as afterthoughts.
There’s no Table of Contents.
Some F bombs.
The robo-narration in 2 and 3 didn’t help with the lack of energy.
Most dissapointingly, however, was the lack of romantic heat.
Holiday paranormal novellas should be magical, merry and bright … and these were decidedly not.

Ch1 Tangled Tinsel by Vivian Arend
The best of the three, with a crime story and some action mixed into a cougar shifter romance.
The sex was a little too fond of the word cream.

Ch11 New Angel by Vivi Andrews
Just the usual domestic drama between a couple keeping secrets when the holidays bring their parents into play. Oh, and angels and demons.

Ch24 Freeze Line by Moira Rogers
A werewolf finds a witch and they huddle for warmth as she remembers her tortured past.
There were some interesting plots in the recaps, but nothing noteworthy happens in the actual story except an unconvincing romance.
