Travel Radio International host Patricia Lawrence takes listeners on another "audiojourney", this time at the winter carnival in Quebec City, Canada, an annual tradition since 1894. Lawrence speaks with the Carnival’s general director and visits the insides of buildings and even a car made of ice.
