Excellent book!

I loved this book. The author was really funny and knowledgeable about wine. I learned a lot and recommended it to a friend. My only complaint is the politics infused into the last part of the book.... I don’t understand why authors need to do this

Entertaining

Would you consider the audio edition of Wine. All the Time. to be better than the print version?

I thoroughly enjoyed the audio book, but having a hard copy would be handy. The author is highly entertaining, and there is a lot of interesting information for a long-time wine lover, but new to trying to become a wine connoisseur.

Super good overview

if you like to laugh and drink you will like this book. Great info without being all judgie. Drinking a (much better than my usual) glass of wine right now because of this book. Most useful book on wine I have ever listened to.

a perfect introduction!

there were a few points I felt the book didn't translate to audio super well, mostly when reading large sets of data (like regions, ect) but overall a wonderful listen

Felt like chilling with a new bestie

I was sad when this book was over and within the first few sentences I felt immediately like Marissa was my bff. I thought the profanity was funny and conversational. Some of the content was lists, and would have been better in written format as a reference book. Don't expect every single fact or piece of advice to be groundbreaking or novel, but it's still informative and enjoyable, and if Marissa doesn't win you over you're probably a terrible person who hates fun.

the peoples elbow

I really enjoyed this book. My only qualm is the very apparent liberal undertone, I get it you hate your republican parents. GET over it! Whatever party you are for or against this is a book about wine not your soap box. Moving on (see you can do it too!), I love the knowledge and most jokes she inserts into this book. It's mostly light hearted and well researched.

Loved it! Just one caveat

Great information and performance by the author. It was so much fun to listen to and learn from. I'll be on the look out for her next book and buy it happily. However, this audiobook needs a supplemental PDF. Ross gets into a lot of terminology, distributors, etc... It's valuable information and I would love to have it with me next time I'm shopping for wine. This information in a PDF form would make a great resource. I hope the publishers consider adding that on.
