This book was seriously badass.

This book was seriously badass. It has helped me so much to finally deal with my anxiety and panic attacks. Take a chance and read it, what’s the worse that could happen (I’m sure your anxious mind will come up with many many awful things)? But seriously, just do it, you won’t regret it.

Great audiobook.

This book is a great read i finished the entire book in two days i couldn’t put its down. I absolutely recommend it for anyone battling anxiety or panic disorder.

Stop fearing your fear. It’s that simple. It’s that complex. The author lays the foundation for recovery from anxiety but you have to put in the work. Do it.

It’s a great read.

It’s a great read. Helps understand anxiety and panic attacks to a very personal level of I may say so myself. Now to try the audio series and get a better understanding of these techniques.

Everything makes so much sense and I wish this book could be given to everyone who is suffering.I started reading a different anxiety book that somewhat had some good things but nothing compares to this. I love how all you need is will power and the want to get better. Please do yourself a favor and read this. At this point what do you have to lose ?

If you suffer from any anxiety or panic attacks.

If you suffer from any anxiety or panic attacks or even just occasional stress please read this. I have suffered from anxiety for a few years on and off and it has come back recently and I was tired of it and Seeked all remedies to help. The way he explains anxiety , the way we react and how we should react really put things into a different perspective. I read this book in a few days and have been trying the techniques and although it’s still early in the game just the new techniques and perspectives he had was comforting enough.
