Helpful!

My boys are both into sports, one loves it and the other doesn't. After listening to this audio, I was able to gain a lot of helpful information and insight into the psychology of sports. This was super helpful and good narration!

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Sports Psychology for Beginners

As someone who got a M.S in Sports Psychology, I really enjoyed this listen. It is a great introduction for those who are new to Sports Psychology. The narrator is engaging. The content is clear. I believe this book is a great addition and a reminder for parents and coaches. These are the principles to build on with your students. It's also a good reminder of those principles for athletes themselves. I received this book in exchange for my honest review.
