I was really glad to discover that the advice in this book takes a big picture and holistic view. It's not cheap tricks, but practical and often every day wisdom.

Some of it I was familiar with but a lot of it was new, and even in the areas I was familiar, this writing added another layer of depth and reinforcement with great exploration as to how our bodies and mind operate.
