Publisher's Summary

You never know what surprises life has in store....

Robin Wilde is crazy busy with her exciting job and her lovely new man. She's parenting with flair, and she's feeling better after the heartbreak of last year. She's relishing being the one everyone depends on rather than the one who can barely get out of bed in the morning.

But with so little time to herself, and best friend Lacey's increasing struggle with postnatal depression, the cracks are beginning to show. Cue a team trip to New York. It might just be the tonic Robin, Lacey, Auntie Kath, Edward and even Piper need...but when a huge family secret is exposed, Robin's life looks even closer to falling apart....

Join Robin Wilde, Lyla, Lacey and Auntie Kath once again in this hilarious, heartbreaking and completely unforgettable brand-new novel by number one best seller Louise Pentland.

Women Who Whine

Having read the previous 2 books in the series I knew this wasn’t going to be a life changer, but expected it to be entertaining, it wasn’t! I percevered with it thinking surely it’ll get better, it didn’t! I’m only a couple of years over the millennial devide and honestly, I’m all for the sisterhood, but this was wall to wall self obsessed, self pitying, whining women. They spent at least half of it crying, sobbing, wailing, whimpering, bawling, blubbing etc because, you know, life and oh the emotions of it. The other half was spent telling each other how strong and amazing and normal they were, which would inevitably set them reaching for the tissues yet again because, oh even more emotions! The only character I half liked in this instalment was Auntie Cath and her storyline, the rest, including the now totally spoiled little brat Lila, have become teeth grindingly annoying.... sorry, I’m on a roll here!! The post natal depression story was handled reasonably well enough until SPOILER ALERT the miraculous overnight recovery. Hats off to the author for highlighting this very important issue, but rather than leaving her skipping off into the sunset shaking her bottle of pills, surely it would have been more helpful to women going through it in real life to start Lacey’s recovery at the half way point, and write a more honest account of her gradual return to good health? END SPOILER. Other than that and Cath’s Revelation, nothing really happened. I don’t usually mind this narrator, but even she was irritating me by the end. To be fair to her, this was probably due to the material, although her portrayal of a southern American woman was pure Penelope Pitstop! To be clear, I have over 400 finished books in my audible library and have only ever returned one for a refund, I’m not one of those people who gets their kicks from writing negative reviews. Perhaps The author was under pressure from the publishers or was a victim of bad editing, but this book just really pushed my buttons. Very disappointing. Many apologies - rant over!!

Can't believe this is Robin's final story

The Wilde series is perfect for anyone wanting a. book that isn't too heavy. Wilde women is equal parts light but 'unputdownable' - evidenced by the fact I finished in under 24 hours!

This book has made me laugh and cry. Louise is great at building up a reader's emotions. The character development in this book were perfect too.

I love the way the ending is left at a point where Robin's adventure could be picked up and continued - which I'd love!!

Another great book Louise!

Ok

I feel like some of the story was rushed, especially about Kath when she meets her daughter. I would have liked more detail on the repercussions of Kath having a long lost daughter. I found the inner monologue of Robin given herself pep talks and boosts tiresome. Otherwise a very enjoyable read but not as good as the other two books in my humble opinion.

LOVED IT!

I loved the 3rd instalment of Robin Wilde & her life, we just need a 4th book now as I was left wanting more......I want Robin to plan a wedding, get married & have her baby boy😍

Louise Pentland is such a brilliant writer, I have read all 3 books of 'Robin Wilde ' & they are all fantastic! You can read them in order like I have or just 1 as Louise have also wrote them as stand alone books, the genius that she is.

The story was wonderful & the narrator was great. I completely recommend reading this book & the other 2 books about Robin Wilde, her daughter Lilah-Blu & their chaotic realistic lives with their family made up of women.

The author manages to write a funny, lovely book that deals with real issues that I identified with. I had post-natal depression with my 1st baby & post-natal anxiety with my last baby and I am admitting it on a book review which is thanks to Louise.
Real issues have been tackled in every book that resonates with me & will do with millions of others.

I listened to a chunk of it when I was in pain, laid up in bed in a hotel for the day.I

I thought the Robin Wilde books were all about girl power but I realise that they are about real life situations and about saying we are all FINE when really we aren't.
The only thing that is FINE is the weather!
