Great book for women at all stages of their career

This book gave good advice on how to navigate a professional career as a woman and how companies can support women in their careers, which ultimately helps the company as well. It also talked about encouraging girls to enter the STEAM field and prepare a new generation of women for even more participation in leadership roles.
