Great continuation to previous novel

I liked that the novel picked up where the previous book left off. It was an easy read and had unexpected twists and turns. Would recommend.

I love the connection that they had with one another that kind of love cannot be broken even when she thought he was dead the connection but still there truly black love loved it

When I say this book and series had me from the beginning!!! I have laughed, been mad, and cried with this story! I have called a guy Roc!! Lord Brenda you did a great job with this story. Loved it. Now I got to find another story to follow.

Wow

I love 💕 it I love how Dez last name is Jenkins so the ended was 🔥.. I love the second but still feel like the first book was better but that's just my opinion... I have a new favorite Arthur now.

Emotional on every level!

This is one of the most emotional roller coaster ride I have ever been on! I can't even lie I laughed, cried, got mad I mean all of those emotions came out of me while listening to this book. I was not going to listen to it because I read some of the reviews that was not so favorable so I put it on hold and listen to a few other books. really have so much to say about it but I an afraid that I would spoil it for someone that may be on the fence with reading it. That said the story of Desa and Roc is one that if your from where they are from ? You will have a very intermit relationship with the story line. There was a lot of issues in the story that was very inappropriate and I will be the first to say that. I also want to warn the reader that there is a very strong lingo that is very disturbing and or could be disturbing to someone.

Great series.

Though the narrators did a good job, I was disappointed that they changed from book 1 in this series. I felt it distracted and took way from the read.
