Great content but did not like reader

When you listen to Dr. leaf speak the dynamic nature of her passion for her field is evident and although the reader was fine from a literary standpoint the reading did not do the book justice at all.
Will return

Insightful glimpse into how the mind works.

So much is said about how our thought life affects our physical and mental well being. This book probes deeper into the science of how the brain works. It is a complex and yet fascinating machine that deserves serious consideration in overall health. Looking forward to reading the other books in the brain series.
