“Who Am I?” W/ Kyrese Washington

Raised by her grandparents, Kyrese Washington is a twenty-one year old flautist at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. During this episode we take a deep dive into the habit of people pleasing and how Kyrese was able to bypass any and all criticism to her life well lived.  As people pleaser we subject ourselves to the worst end of any stick.
