White Rabbit Part 1

This story is mainly a standoff between Sila, Malcolm and Seong-Jae. That’s wouldn’t be an issue, except for how incredibly boring the entire episode was. If you don’t mind the villain whining the entire time, woe is me, then you’ll like this. But really, not much happens that we either didn’t already know or couldn’t intuit from past episodes. This is pretty much filler. It could have been trimmed and the important bits inserted into another book. NGL, I’m very disappointed and it’s now my least favorite book of the series. Curt Bonnem did a wonderful job with the narration, but even the best narrator can’t elevate what isn’t there.
