Not a HEA..

the whole thing was just tragic. I didn't care for the heroin, she was just simple minded and I just didn't really care about what happened to her. She was weak and let people use her.
The ending does not fit into what people consider a H EA by no means.
yes she gets Jake but that was expected way bedore the end so no surprise there . No spoilers but if you decide to purchase the audible you will understand what I mean by no means is the end a H EA.
Rose and Black make frequent cameos so that is a plus.
I just didn't care for Jake's story very much. Maybe if the heroin was less pathetic I would have liked the book more. She wasn't a good fit for Jake.
The narration was ok. I didn't care for the female version of Jake but other than that narration was okay.

T.L. Smith fulfilled my dark romance fix with “White.” Yes, she is one of the writers I often seem to stalk!! I fell hard for this series with Black! That was the first book I read by Author T.L. Smith. I was captivated by these characters from the start! So I had to continue with this series.
White truly showcases T.L. Smith’s growth as a writer. Her ability to a story like White! Which only became a vivid world in which you didn't want to leave! With all that grit, grime and lust. Oh, can I say the heart murmurs it gave me! Then the oh shit I may die at some point or I want to beat a few people after! Hmmm Aww Just brings me a wicked smile to my face!!!

Gotta say, I just finished this trilogy for the second time and holy shit... it was just as much or maybe more exciting and heart stopping the second time around!!!
Makes me wonder why Audible has not put more T L on Audible???

Enjoyable, But a Little Sad

This book in the series tells the story of Black's brother and his woman. It was an excellent end to the series. I do wonder why none of the characters in the series is in prison due to the murders and violent actions of most of the male characters. That being said, I still was fascinated by the storyline. The narrators are just right for the subject matter.

This series gets a 5 star rating, hands down. It kept me one my toes. Great read
