Misery loves company and people will sympathise or others will repeat it to you and tell you what you want to hear, don’t try harder or whatever you want to hear.

Stop repeating the story and just be curious, how might my circumstances change if I looked at it differently. What about telling my story and then seeking advice. Another problem we want to avoid is being an "Askhole", asking a question but never taking the advice. And also don’t be scared to pay for advice from experts. Also after you go and seek counsel make sure you action it!

Logan points to the fact that you must have self belief and Dean emphasis that you really need to have a scoreboard to make it count. Logan said without the scoreboard he wouldn’t have performed that well and Dean says the same goes for being a Workshop Owner. When you're recruiting you need to really make sure you're hiring someone with the right personality profile for the job it's not just about previous experience in fact you're better off to have someone with the right personality profile for the job rather than previous experience because they're ultimately going to a better fit for the role, enjoy it and achieve more for your bottom line.
