At first I found it to go slow but when Beth arrived to the town she was going to make a great difference it captivated my heart of faith and to know that God is in control of everything and if we allowed ourselves he can use us to help others for his glory and not ours

Surprisingly, this was the best way to read, since I didn't have time to just 'sit' and flip pages of a book.

Great Story

I love this book, and followed the story line with When Calls the Heart on TV. I enjoyed the differences in this book, and the additional detail.

Pretty good

The book was good. I guess it bugged me her always thinking what would papa think mother or Julie. I haven't decided if I want to read the second book. The book is good just not captivating.

True enjoyment

I really enjoyed this book. I started watching the TV series on Netflix and thought I would read the book while I wait for the next season to become available. The book is a little different than the TV series but just as good!!

Loved this book!

I'm NEVER disappointed by this (these) authors. Their ability to weave a story around the lives of the characters is so skillful. This is one of the "I can't put it down" journeys into the pages of another world.

Shows how teaching can be a learning experience. Great Characters. An all around good read.

Stirring

Loved this story! Loved the narrator! Stirred my soul and made me feel like I was there, and want to go back. One of the better books!
