There are not many novels that I want to tell you that you should read, but this is one of them. It is a novel about family, how our history shapes our present, and the many different forms that love can take. A story about Bo, his likes, his loves, his fears, his tears as he comes closer to the end of his own life. A story about loving end of life care, family, memories and friendship. All that matters in the end. I laughed but also cried buckets.

Excellent story about getting old and making amens with your kids before moving from this world to the next world. Great to listen to loved the reader. Love for dog and old persons importance of interaction with dogs.
