Publisher's Summary

They came to Earth thousands of years ago to usher in mankind's first new age of scientific growth and spiritual enlightenment. Under the guidance of these ancient visitors from the heavens, human civilization flourished - as revolutionary advances in art, science, and thought swept through the inhabited world. And they left behind magnificent monuments - baffling monoliths and awesome, towering structures that stand to this day as testaments to their greatness.

In this extraordinarily documented, meticulously researched work, Zecharia Sitchin draws remarkable correlations between the events that shape our civilization in millennia past - pinpointing with astonishing accuracy the tumultuous beginning of time as we know it...and revealing to us the indisputable signature of extraterrestrial god indelibly written in stone.

Good stuff!

I think this book was the best in the series so far. I never seriously, academically, or even purposefully thought about why different peoples of the world use different calendars... I just thought it was simply tracking the moon and/or the sun. This book details the thoughts, the wars, and the politics that different peoples and civilizations had in order to track the passage of time--and by default--who rightfully ruled humankind at different time periods. Great read (well, great listen on Audible)!

I'm waiting for a book I dont like!

i love when I am watching a movie or tv show that I can identify these "hidden" topics and themes. or the chosen names of characters, cities or planets and realize from which age or civilization the writers were drawn to. these books are the most relevant education I've ever received

Great book, lots of history!

If you are a history type person then this book is for you. It starts off with the beginning of it all - religion. It branches off from Christianity into other types of religion and their meaning.

It also involves other history way back then. As to how and why humans responded to Gods they way they did. What it meant then and now. It has 14 chapters and personally I recommend for other religious believers & non believers.

The Master Sitchin

Zecharia Sitchin is the master who brings us the knowledge from the Sumerian civilization. This gives meaning and understanding about how all other human cultures following came from. The cuneiform tablets he has translated are the greatest and surviving record from early humanity following the last global cataclysm. The story it tells and he interprets will amaze!

Amazing book!

I greatly admire Zecharia Sitchin in the work he's done and hope that one day, if not in this life maybe the next, that I could be a part of this with in bringing the true history of mankind back so all can know it.
