Till the end

A great listen, even though they’re short stories and they kind of run together you can’t stop listening you want to find out what the next one says. I would recommend this book to you poems and short stories this is for you as it was for me, great narration and great story.

Enjoyable

I enjoyed these stories. I found them to be creepy to the point I couldn’t listen to them driving home alone at dark. I really enjoyed the dark angel and the senators daughter. I did find it difficult to know when one
story ended and another began. I would have like a more defined ending but they were enjoyable and I thought the narrator was spot on

Received a credit for honest review. Many stories seemed incomplete, cliff hangers. Narrator was excellent.

Good Collection of Stories

The short stories in this book were not bad but not great. The first story the narrator was speaking too fast. Overall this book was ok.

Deserves more stars

This book is phenomenal I love the stories and poems. I highly recommend this book to everyone because this is a must read/ listen to. I received this audio book at my request. I am leaving my honest review here voluntarily of my own volition.

As a collection of short stories in audio, at times it was difficult to tell where one story ended and another started. I enjoyed the stories, and the narrator.

A Mix of Flash and Short Stories

These stories and poems are along the dark and twisted side of life to being completely in the dark. It's not graphic or gory but your mind will fill any lack of details. You'll cringe, hold your breath and be on the edge of your seat with most of the tales. This collection is well written with characters you'll fear or feel sorry for. It's a strange collection but interesting nonetheless. The narration is done well. Brett Hood gives the many characters their own voices and emotions. The only complaint I have is that he needs to slow down a bit. It's not so fast that you can't keep up but I think it would be better if he would have slowed down just a touch. If you enjoy hearing stories from the darker side of the mind then you'll enjoy this collection.

Short and sweet

This is a short story collection. So you’ll be getting through a lot of different stories in a small amount of time.

Sometimes a story is very interesting and you’d want more such is the nature of short stories

Some good stuff here, not a huge fan of short stories because I would like more time to be engaged if it’s good and wish there was more

Some good, dark stuff...

A good collection of flash and shorts, well-written and performed. I like the author's dark mood throughout. "Just like the shattered glass at the bottom of the trash can, once we fulfill our purpose, we have no place left on earth."
Well done, recommended!

tons of short stories

I loved it, twisted poetry is the best, the narrator was pretty good all in all this was excellent, I received this aduio from a Facebook group and voluntarily wrote this review all the above is my opinion
