Pray ..repent..ask others for forgiveness

Although this story carries good undertones and certainly relatable for anyone experiencing anxiety and reoccurring panic as the author did it lacked the power “dosage” I was expecting based on the title. The entire story can be summarized by listening to the last chapter. Get to the root of your issues. Repent of bitterness..ask forgiveness of other. Read His word. Trust God daily.

Awesome book

I have always looked up to Brian Johnson. Admiring him from a far and the things his family
Contribute to the world around them. This book was raw and real. I found myself because of my own struggles with anxiety and fear, having to wrestle through my emotions as he described the all to familiar struggles of fear and anxiety. I appreciate how real he was. As a pastor I will recommend this book to those I know it will help.

Real life application for everyone

Though this book is written from the perspective of an anxiety and panic sufferer, how Brian overcame this is something that everyone can use in their lives. Brian's journey makes me long for a deeper, more meaningful relationship with God, my wife, and my children. I highly recommend this book.

Saved My Life...

I honestly would recommend this book to everyone. The unanswered questions I’ve had about my own anxiety and feels of being overwhelmed, where answered by Brian’s story. I cried quiet a few times as I could relate to so many things he was saying. I realized that this is a spiritual thing, although most do not look at it that way. I live in a small town. I wish there was a church I could go to, to do a Sozo. But I know I can do a Sozo (Greek word for Saved-Healed-Delievered-found in the Bible) with God! Thank you Brian for writing this book! It has given me a hunger to grow closer to God!

Incredible story! Love in his words. Awesome book to encourage people. Congratulation to Brian for it.

Good but not great

The narration was quite good.
The story is raw and real but often frustrating when he makes vague references instead of giving solid detail. Even if he had just said that it would be ungracious to go into more detail about situations, it would have felt more solid.
It also would have felt less vague if he would have referenced and included the scriptures that were speaking to him as God healed him.
Those scriptures would have blessed his listeners because God’s Word never returns without accomplishing His purposes.
