Enjoyed every minute!

The book is well-written, well-read and even entertaining, but some of the technical explanations are hard to follow via the spoken word, so I also bought the print version so that I could refer back to certain points.

Like this book.

This is a book that you should read. I've been on a wheat/gluten free diet for 8 months. I was happy to read more about the subject from someone that knows what he's talking/writing about.

I appreciated the scientific information, and also the dry sense of humor that accompanied the science.

pretty awesome

I have mixed feelings about wheat belly. I agree with the wheat, but there are so many recipes that use artificial sweeteners designed so you can still have dessert. This is a good compact guide though, easy to read and understand.

Excellent read

The author affirms many of the issues that I was seeing when I included wheat in my diet and what it could ultimately lead to for me if I continued to eat it long term. She also tells you how to avoid wheat without having to go above and beyond. It's a switch I think our culture should make to all live longer and healthier lives.
