WE’RE BACK AGAIN! On this weeks exciting episode Steph and Juls talk to the queen herself Nia Sanchez! But first a life update and some Sip the Tea! Steph talks all about getting a bomb facial and Juls talks about her experience getting stranded in the snow. Sip the tea is all about Clare and Dale, are they back together? Are they not? Who knows! And also Kim and Kanye’s divorce...so sad. The girls are have another weekly coffee order: Cold brew with dark cocoa almond milk foam.

Steph and Juls get into talking with their guest Nia! She is a former Miss USA who placed first runner up at Miss Universe. She is also a women’s self-defense coach. They chat all about healthy relationships. Nia gives some great advice on how to make your relationship as healthy as possible and tips on good communication.
