Informative and simple.

Honestly this system is common sense. Why companies are slow to modernize their operating systems is another book. It certainly is a big challenge to implement. God speed.

Short, to the point and offers good back up PDF.

The length helps with repeat lasting to fully grasp the concepts. I will be repeating it several times over

The future of Business

While many businesses fight a constant inner battle for success, many fail because they do the exact opposite of the EOS model. Wickman and Bouwer demonstrate, through testimonials, that EOS not only improves an organizations performance, but it helps it grow a culture. Businesses don't grow through a focus only on production and sales, they grow when their people can come together and succeed in the pursuit of shared goals.
