What an excellent book and title! I was very impressed with the immense details provided on why and what to do and how! This book tells you the steps, the reasoning, history, relatable context, plus other extras you might not have been expecting including helpful websites, plus a website that supports this publication. Fantastic! Hugely worth reading (with a large notebook to take notes!) and very educational, even if you have read other books covering this topic.
