Simple, yet valuable principles

I read this book last year and while I liked it, some of the principles didn’t quite land on me then. Perhaps I needed to be where I am today for some things to click. This 2nd time around, it helped me realize that the source of most of my current parenting issues is not my child, as I’d been feeling lately, but my own approach. It reminded me that parenting plays an important role in teaching me to be a better human, and that my child is struggling just as me as she finds her own way through this life. I’m looking forward to applying the new lessons learned and coming out happier on the other side.
