Publisher's Summary

Jack Dee is here to help.

Too often today the emphasis in psychotherapy is on providing clients with a metaphorical hug when what they so clearly need is good slap, so Jack Dee took the matter into his own hands, and whilst everyone else was baking bread and clearing out their cupboards during lockdown, he retrained online as a psychotherapist. After an incredibly gruelling four hours of study, he got his certificate of completion from The Ruislip College of Advansed Learning (sic).

So, with his training in hand, he's been expertly helping people with their problems ever since. What Is Your Problem? is a compilation of readers' varied problems, be they about relationships, finances, nosey neighbours, coping with Christmas, teenagers or Mike from the accounts department, and Jack's very unique and very professional advice.

What Is Your Problem? is an audiobook to turn to when life has taken a downward turn or you just need a very good laugh.

Haha!

Makes me want to write to Jack with my own rants which were not covered in the book. Brilliantly grumpy!

Classic Dee!

Jack's narration was the icing .. listened to it while running, laughing out loud at many points, including when he was ripping it out of runners, especially lockdown faddy joggers ...

Really funny

Jack Dee's humour really makes you laugh, primarily at idiot behaviour. A 'psychotherapist' worth listening to.Apart from driving through a few red lights because I was laughing so much ,Jack Dee's narration made it fun to listen in the car.

The usual good stuff from Mr Dee

A series of problem letters dealt with in the manner you'd expect. Very funny indeed.

Not amazing

I’m not really sure what this book is meant to be - it’s not particularly funny and a bit overly contrived in places. It feels every inch a time/income-filler during lockdown and it became a bit of a chore to get through by the end.

enjoyed it

Un-woke observations on the way people live and the perceived 1st world problems that exist today. Jack's advice is inversely proportional to the esteem of his qualifications.

Brilliantly observed dissection of modern life

Classic Jack Dee only with a much bigger canvas to lay waste to our often painful and painfully funny existence.

JACK DEE JUST GETS EVEN FUNNIER!!!

I really loved this book. I have been following Jack Dee since he presented Top of the Pops and performed in The Comedy Store.
It's amazing that he still is so original.
What a great way to start 2022 - you have to get this book.
#Pure genius.
