Good Narrator. Easy to follow

Worth it to any facilitator. It explains well how to deal with major and minor issues that may arise before, during or after training.

Thorough & insightful

This is excellent. Very thorough. It was good to see I'm doing a lot of things right. But it took me 12 years of corporate training to work them out for myself -- it would've saved me a lot of time if I'd read this earlier in my career! And I heard a lot of good ideas I plan to implement, too. All trainers should read this at least once.

So Good I Bought the Hard Back Version

this book is jam packed from beginning to end with great information that trainers of all skill levels will appreciate. in fact it was so good I stopped halfway through and bought the hardback version. with that said I will share one criticism which is the supporting materials should be much stronger. I understand this is an audiobook and I wasn't expecting a copy of the complete book that I could print but something between a few random PDF and a full copy of the book would be good.
