Great listen for a serious professional!

If you consider yourself a serious business professional and want to stand out amongst your competition then you need to improve your business communication. In fact, the first chapter says exactly that! This book is a short listen but is densely packed with everything you need to know from verbal to written communication. I suggest listening to it regularly as you can use it as a reference whenever you need to implement your business communication.

Absolutely perfect!!!

This is exactly what I was looking for! This book cuts out all the fluff and gets straight to the point. It covers how to improve your business communication for networking, public speaking, writing memos and emails etc. It offers guidelines which make it clear how to effectively communicate your ideas. The last chapter is great as it has exercises which help you put what you've learned into practice. It's a quick listen, well-written and well-narrated!

I've been trying to find a quick and easy book on how to improve my business communication and this was all I was looking for. It is easy to follow and listen to. It offers fast and practical advice on how to improve your communication, how to present yourself professionally (networking, elevator pitches) and how to write for business purposes.

Brilliant listen - could not ask for more!

If you need to improve your business communication skills this is the only book you will need! It is quick and easy to listen to and gets direct to the point. It's a quick listen but manages to cover details of interpersonal communication, public speaking, as well as business writing. The book works as a how-to guide so you can always give it several listens as a reference. There are many practical exercises in the audiobook as well to help you put the lessons into practice.
