Hammered!

Deep breath because I'm still recuperating from the book hangover I received after reading this book. I'll start by saying, when Wyatt was first introduced in Mister O, I instantly felt a connection to the character. Not sure why...actually I know why. He came across as quick witted, sexy and good with his hands. Yes, I got all that from his 1 or 2 scenes with Nick. Little did I know, he'd be so much more than I could have imagined.

As with most of my reviews, I don't like to retell the story. That's the point of reading the book, or reviewing the blurb or synopsis. What I will focus on is the dynamic of the story, and the captivating voice and perfect writing style of Blakely.

Within the first page, I knew that Wyatt's story would give me all the feels that comes with the Romantic Comedy that's been created by Lauren Blakely. This book did not disappoint. Wyatt, who out of all the characters thus far, has a career that just oozes sexiness. He's not a lawyer, or a doctor or anything of that nature, but hey, you get the drift from the cover...he works well with his hands (insert grin). Blakely, as always, uses her research skills and gives a very real view of what someone in his industry would handle on daily basis. I’ve worked with a construction company, so she was spot-on with the day-to-day operations...Enough of that.

Wyatt's character is my favorite so far. A man who is both talented, smart and funny, and well… hung...I mean what more do you need besides a wish that he were real lol (Perfect Unicorn). I love that Blakely gave him a past but put him in a situation to deal with it face-to-face in the form of Natalie, who was full of passion and a genuine spark in the novel. You can't help but enjoy the chemistry created by the two. I love that Natalie was a strong woman, and not a pushover. As the story progresses, she, along with Wyatt evolve in a way neither of them saw coming.

Blakely is so talented with writing the male POV, that I wonder how she does it. I mean, I spent all night laughing at the things that came out of Wyatt's mouth. Seriously, laughing, face achingly hard because I could hear a guy saying exactly what she wrote. When an author can put you in that frame of mind, then you know you've got a winner. Each story she tells, I instantly know I'm going to get some great laughs, some hot AF sex and a few tears. That's exactly what Well Hung delivered and it has already been marked as a favorite and the year isn't even over. Now, if I could only find my Wyatt and get to VEGAS!!!

THIS IS MY FAVORITE SEBASTIAN YORK NARRATED BOOK. I don't know why, but he totally "NAILS" Wyatt Hammer. I couldn't imagine any other narrator encompassing Wyatt's character.

LOVE LOVE LOVE These books!!

Yes!!! Another awesome cocky male POV story from Lauren Blakely! I don't know how but it seems like EVERY guy she writes is perfect!!! They are romantic, fun, sweet and sexy! Wyatt is a great guy who is cocky in all the best ways! Natalie is his assistant and she is so fun and adventurous. These two together...FIREWORKS! I can't get enough of these books. I love the writing, the story, the humor, the characters... I love it all! This book has some seriously hot sex scenes. I also really appropriate that these books don't have long drawn out drama. Please keep them coming, I will devour any book she writes!!

The narration is perfect! Sebastian York is perfect for these cocky alpha males!

All I can do is ditto everyone else's 5 star enthusiastic rave reviews for this awesome story which was created by a very gifted Author whose books have become an auto download for me - especially when they're narrated by Sebastian York whose talented and sexy voice never fails to bring a story, and its characters, to life.

Worth a credit? Loved loved loved every chapter... so that's a big fat YES folks - and, with a title like this, who can resist?

Fun Steamy Romance!

Well Hung was cute, light, and steamy with lots of chemistry, and perfect for taking a break from the more serious, dark romances that I normally listen too. I loved this story is mainly told from the male's POV, and hearing all his inner dialogue was sexy and funny.

As usual, Sebastian York's performance was stellar!

Between the awesome narration and story, you can't go wrong with this one. Well worth the time, credit or sale!

My favorite of them ALL

Seriously I have nothing but praise for this book, not only it is witty and fun and funny. It’s sweet and sensual. You can’t help but want to be best friends with every freaking character! I love a good romantic comedy and not only is this book that, it’s also in Wyatt’s POV!! WICKEDDDD… =8-)

Lauren is a Goddess with the name’s I swear. Nick Hammer, Wyatt Hammer come on those are epic! Nick from Mister O. Not only that I love that she writes such strong female characters who don’t need a man but only get stronger because of them. AWESOME!!

Ok, we have Wyatt, he owns his own construction business. He has been burned before. So he doesn’t mix business with pleasure. But he has an incredible assistant who keeps his business running as smoothly as it can. He has less than pure thoughts about her but he can’t and won’t act on them.

“F....., that came out wrong. I totally don't want to eat my assistant. Or bang my assistant. Or bend my assistant over the desk..” – Wyatt’s thoughts… tee hee

Natalie is not only Wyatt’s assistant but she is also Charlotte's sister from Big Rock. Don’t you just love how they come full circle how they are all connected I love it!
I love how Natalie seems so comfortable with him, she is fun and funny. I would be goo! Haha.
She can also kick butt, she is a martial artist but she is also an organizing genius.
But she has feelings for her boss, but she can’t have him.

TRIPLE H's baby!

Hilarious, Hot, and Hung! I just love Sebastian York. When I saw his name tied to the narration, I quickly said goodbye to my audible credit and one-clicked right away. He just knows how to bring a story to life.
I loved Wyatt and Natalie's story. They had me laughing up a storm, holding my breath to see where the story lead, and seriously fanning myself with all the steaminess.
I'm a definite fan of Lauren's and can't wait to read/listen to what she comes out with next.

I absolutely love this friends to lovers romance! It is clever, witty, heartwarming and very hot and sexy! Wyatt is a charming, thoughtful and caring, Master Carpenter. He owns a successful remodeling business in Manhattan that he almost lost after his ex. tried to destroy it. Wyatt hired Natalie as his assistant and she expertly reorganized everything causing it to thrive. Natalie is smart, confident, and fun-loving. Wyatt can't stop fantasizing about her, but doesn't want history to repeat itself by mixing business with pleasure. His inner dialog's are brilliantly hilarious as he catches himself with very dirty thoughts about his very sexy assistant. She not only runs his business effortlessly, but they have a lot in common and have become great friends. When they are offered the chance of a lifetime to work in Vegas, they take it. Unfortunately the job falls through after they arrive. So they decided to make the most of their time there and have the whole Vegas experience. It is a wild and sexy night that includes getting married in a little chapel. But what happens in Vegas didn't stop there, it followed them home to New York. When promises are made and expectations fall short, will they be able to stay friends and co-workers? Wyatt and Natalie have explosive chemistry but Wyatt realizes that Natalie was never just a hook-up, she is really something so much more. They have fun together, and their banter is witty while discovering each other's pasts, quirks, hopes and dreams. But will it be enough to remain close while dealing with the fall-out from Vegas? I really liked both Wyatt and Natalie, they are so perfect together and feel genuine, honest and relate-able. I also liked getting a glimpse into Natalie's thoughts thru her texts with her sister. This is a multifaceted story with a depth that is truly satisfying. Their family and friends all make appearances adding to the fun and setting the stage for upcoming stories that I'm very excited for as well.

The Narrator, Sebastian York, once again is spot on with his performance. His deep, seductive voice easily navigates between scenes and characters. He expertly manipulates his voice in the smallest of ways to give voice to each character. I am completely engaged in his delivery, and storytelling as he brings Ms Blakely's stories even more to life. They are a fabulous team and I can't wait for their next collaboration!

Intriguing Story and Narration

Honestly, I had not read this book prior to listening to the audiobook, so I didn't know what to expect. I love how so much time was spent developing the relationship between both characters before "all hell broke loose" on their lives. This story made me both laugh and cry, and having Sebastian York as the narrator made the story that much better!!!

Such an entertaining audiobook - of course, how could it not be with an amazing author and a fabulous narrator? This book is for you if you like contemporary romance with humor. No one writes a male POV like Blakely.

Romantic, funny, sexy and flirty

I loved this light, fun, standalone. Wyatt, super hot, super nice, self employed carpenter has a rule, no sleeping with anyone he works with, ever! He's been stung a couple of times previously and he won't ever go down that road again. Wyatt has an assistant, Natalie, who has been working for him for the last 6 months, she's gorgeous. She's the best assistant he's ever had, attracted to her or not, he will never act on that attraction. One business trip to Las Vegas, one too many cocktails, and Wham Bam, all caution goes out of the window. Now they've both got to sort out the complete and utter clusterf*@k that this one trip has caused. Wyatt in particularly, has to let go of his previous insecurities, if he's going to navigate his way round this new development.. Romantic, sexy, flirty and funny, I loved this novel and loved these characters so much.

Well Hung

I really enjoyed this audio book. It made cleaning a lot more fun. I thought I would give audio books a try a few months ago. However I didn't think I would find an audio book where the narrator didn't annoy me. Sebastien however is a great narrator and I will be purchasing more of the books he has narrated. The storyline was easy and fun. Lauren Blakely done a great job writing this book.

Another Good Chick Lit!

If it's a quick thrill or a bit of romance you are after, then Lauren Blakely is the lady that does it so well.
This book, written from the male perspective, was made all the more special by the performance delivered by Sebastian York. I will certainly be keeping an eye out for his name in future. Lauren Blakely - you've done it again!! A good story with very believable characters - I loved it.

Funny and entertaining.

Would you consider the audio edition of Well Hung to be better than the print version?

It's hard to choose. Reading allows me to use my imagination but since the audio is solely Sebastion York, it's a delight to listen to. Mr York not only has a delicious voice, he has comedic skills which bring the amusing text to life.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Wyatt obviously, except that in real life such capable and thoughtful men are as rare as hen's teeth. You might get one or the other.

What about Sebastian York’s performance did you like?

He has a beautifully tone to his voice which is lovely to listen to. He manages to convey both humour and sexiness at the same time. In truth he could decline Latin verbs and make it sound interesting.
