Publisher's summary

“The garden is a metaphor for life. It is a place of potential, beauty, abundance, challenge, and transformation.
—Larry Dossey

The mistakes we make and the hardships we endure have a positive aspect: they teach us lessons. They plant seeds from which a garden of wisdom can grow. In Welcome to My Garden, author and entrepreneur Brian Murray shares some of the most meaningful lessons he has learned over his lifetime, covering topics from health and mindfulness to gratitude and empathy. The volume was originally written as a series of letters for his own children, but Murray invites listeners along on his journey with the hope that it will help others find encouragement and perspective as they navigate challenges, joys, and relationships in their lives.

We are all cultivating our garden of wisdom. The stories and takeaways in Welcome to My Garden will serve as an inspirational guide as you tend to your garden with the care it needs.

Great advice on cultivating a good life from a holistic perspective.

This was a the audio equivalent of a great page turner for me, Brian wrote a succinct guide for his children, that’s just right in length and depth. What I enjoyed most is how he covered many topics with practical examples, and how he connected them.

A Father’s advice to all striving for change

Brian Murray’s letter to his adult children is full of advice any human seeking to change their life trajectory should read or listen to. The earlier in life we can channel our attention to our dreams and set the goals to make those dreams come true, the more fulfilling our lives will be.
Brian summed it up well, “So be brave, and do hard things. It’s all part of living life to its fullest.”
Well said!
Great timing on releasing at his book as many of us are setting our New Year’s resolutions.

Known Concepts, Innovative Delivery

Welcome to My Garden explores the growth of Brian throughout his career and personal journey to fulfillment and happiness. Brian’s ability to differentiate his story from many other self help books separates this work from so many other similar titles you’d find on shelves. While I’d assume that most will find this book due to Brian’s prowess in the real estate world, I found his examples and stories to be relatable to anyone.

Brian’s ability to humanize outlandish accomplishments is inspiring and helps to make the same goals feel more realistic for his audience. His vulnerability and adaptability are good lessons for anyone. Kudos to Brian for great work!
