The chapter on autophagy is excellent,.

The chapter on autophagy is excellent, and it shows how this diet is complex and cannot be done by everyone. Not everyone can fast for a long time (because of diabetes like me) or because of hormonal or metabolic disorders.

Love this manual.

Since it became a trend, I've listen a lot of audio books about INTERMITTENT FASTING. Many of them were, however, devoid of content, they just talked in a generic way about the stages of the diet, without helping you to choose the best one for you.

LISTEN AUDIO BOOK FOR EVERYONE.

If I could give this book 20 stars I would. I am insulin resistance ( diabetes ). I have dawn phenomenon ( morning sugar highs ). Thought both were something I would have to live with. After listening this audio book.
