Love, love, LOVE this cookbook! It is the only cookbook I've ever had that I've wanted to make everything in it! There were many that didnt fit in with my family's eating preferences, but the recipes we have used sofar are very delicious. Well i love it!

The material and organization are really outstanding, and I think she really deserves an award for this book.There are so many color pictures—First medium sized pictures of the food groups, then big pictures with each recipe and little pictures of all the recipes at the very end.

This book is extremely thorough and has recipes for the pantry which I find very useful. For example, did you know that you can make yogurt with your IP? I never knew that! There are recipes for mayo, broths, applesauce, caramelized onions. Good recipes are here! Thanks!

Great User Guide...!

One of the better Keto cookbooks that I have read and it offers a wonderful selection of takes on everyday favourites that will appeal to the whole family.
