The latest groundbreaking tome from Tim Ferriss, the number-one New York Times best-selling author of The 4-Hour Workweek. For the last two years, I've interviewed more than 200 world-class performers for my podcast, The Tim Ferriss Show. The guests range from super celebs (Jamie Foxx, Arnold Schwarzenegger, etc.) and athletes (icons of powerlifting, gymnastics, surfing, etc.) to legendary Special Operations commanders and black-market biochemists. For most of my guests, it’s the first time they’ve agreed to a two-to-three-hour interview.

This book is rousing and instructive.
There is a very good recipe in this audiobook. It is the audiobook that turned me into a regular slow cooker user. I particularly recommend the Aegean Chicken and the Chicken Tagine. I also found the narrator’s voice to be pleasant.

I'm glad to hear about those methods by this book
There are so many recipes we want to try. This is the first crock-pot recipe audiobook that I have bought that I thought I'd like to try more than 2 or 3 of them. Each time when I pursued this book I get new insight out of it.
