Good Tips for Permanent Weight Loss.

This book contains effective strategies for permanent weight loss and maintenance. It has a chapter on overcoming cravings and another one on identifying fullness (so you can eat less). The audio performer has an engaging voice which makes it easy to listen to this book all at once on a long car trip.

Terrible narration

Would you try another book from Mohit Chhatpar and/or Adam Zens?

Sounded like a computer generated narration. I couldn't get past chapter 3.

Any additional comments?

Would not try any other audible books from same author.
