This looks like a great recipe book

This looks like a great recipe book. It gives a good description about what the Mediterranean Diet is and what it can offer you. Explain good and bad fats, and carbohydrates. And lists many recipes that look very delicious and fabulous. Can't wait to try them.

Amazing! A must have.

Delicious Weight Loss

This book is full of great-tasting low-cal delicious smoothie recipes. There is no doubt that eating/drinking these will help you lose weight. They are low-cal and full of fiber and flavor that will leave you feeling full for longer. Theres also nothing better than starting your day off with fresh fruit and vegetables in a smoothie. You just FEEL better. A lot more energy. I recommend this to anyone looking to start the year off right.

Powerful Researched Information

Thank goodness I found this book, as the weight was slowly returned. I ha 've found freedom from not ever having to count another calorie again and still lose weight! I have found his mini habits, strategies and researched nutritional information easy to understand and implement!

This book can simply change your life.

For everyone who struggles with weight-loss and cravings a must-listen book. Seriously, in my estimation you wont find a better weight loss strategy anywhere else. I don't particularly agree with the food choices of the author, but the strategy plan is perfect.

A radical change in mindset

Even my fast food addiction is waning, not because I've forbidden it, but because I've noted that fast food generally makes me feel like crap. I'm saving my sweet tooth for higher quality desserts, stuff I really love. I'm no longer eating with an attitude of scarcity - I shouldn't be having this, I must eat it now because I can't have it later.

Great Cookbook for everyone!

Great Ideas Whether Diabetic or Not ! ! !

I usually go through a new cookbook and make a note for the recipes that I wish to try a and prioritize them so I know which I want to try first... this book has a long list!

I especially like the detailed nutrition included for each recipe! A must have for healthy eating! All in all a very good cookbook for anyone diabetic or not!

Just powerful

I love that there is a section and for women listed inside on how to start a Mediterranean diet. There different types of oils listed inside and the author even explains how to read different labels. This book is very well written and definitely worth the little that it costs. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is ready to lose weight quickly!

A Great Recipe Book

We've all heard about the healthy Mediterranean diet so it's good to have a book that full of Mediterranean recipes. I like the way that Dexter Jackson tells you a little bit about each recipe before going into the list of ingredients and method. There's recipes to use all year round - from Summer salads to Winter warmers, which I will definitely be trying. A great recipe book!
