PRETTY GOOD!

loving this mind hack

I would listen to this any time I feel like I'm getting off track with my diet.This has been a great addition to my new diet plan. Nice way to get your thoughts on target about healthy eating and exercise.

Motivates me to workout

Very nice for motivation and visualization. It's like a mental vision board of how you know you are supposed to behave and think, and then, getting you there.

Amazing for losing weight

I wasn't really sure what to expect when I got this, but it was just a credit so I figured why not. I feel like it's helping me, and it's been one of the only mind shifts that have worked for me. Worth it for me.

It's a great mindset for a weight loss journey.

Overall it's a great book very helpful one

Nice mind shift for starting to think about food in a healthy way and to actually want to exercise. There is never a shortcut to losing weight or staying fit, but your mindset can really make all the difference. I love the positive shifts that happen with this wonderful, powerful audio.

Weight Loss

Wow!This is a very relaxing program.I fell asleep the first two times I listened to it I was so relaxed.lol I got through the rest and now hope to think differently to not eat foods that aren't good for me. Very relaxing

It is too early for me to say whether or not this recording will help you to lose weight but it is a very relaxing listen. I can see myself listening to it again and again. The meditations and affirmations were presented in a very soothing tone. The music was mellow except for the boom or clashing sound which I found a bit distracting.
I listened to this hypnosis track at night and I found that I was drifting off to sleep as it's almost 2 hours of relaxation and meditation. I would have been able to to concentrate better on a shorter recording.
You would need to listen to this production quite regularly to get the best potential from it; in keeping the affirmations at the forefront of your mind and allowing you to be more mindful around the food you eat.

Impressive

I like the effects, makes you want to be more health conscious and that's always going to lead to better health and a healthier weight.Really enjoying the effects of this program. Just marvelous. Delivery is smooth and the method works for me. Well done!!!

This is a audiobook to meditate on losing weight. If you know about the law of attraction this can be a real powerful technique. Having listened to a number of meditation things similar to this, I feel in comparison this is a very well done recording. I plan to continue to listen to this as I start another weight loss journey. I think if you believe in the law of attraction and you would like help mediation on weight loss then this a book worth pursuing.
