Great book worth the listen!

I am always looking for advise or hacks to help with weight loss. Lets face it it gets much tougher the older we get. This book made me feel like I could actually do this. It motivated me to try. The tips were so easy and practical and something I feel I will be able to sustain. Wish me luck! :) I highly recommend listening to this book, you won't be sorry!

Clever and easy hacks!

There are so many great hack ideas in this short book. I was glad some of them were new ones that I hadn't heard of before. Many of them were also quite easy to pull off, even with limited resources. The narration was professional and engaging. The only suggestion I have is to provide a tad more science or data behind some of the hacks.
