Wrong reader for this text

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

These are recipe books that do not have an accompanying PDF so unless you want to listen and write down recipes that sound good, or make each one as you hear it... then audio only is kind of useless.

What do you think your next listen will be?

Next, I will listen to another Keto Book, More by The Great Courses, or other self improvement titles.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Sangita Chauhan?

The reader is a good reader, but not for this text. She has a strong UK accent which I imagine beautiful for another book. She mispronounces many of the words and is methodical making it easy to daydream away from the reading. These books need energy just because they are recipe books.
