We tend to live our lives without understand fully why we may be acting or behaving in various ways. A lot of who we are today stems from what we have experienced as a child and we have all experienced trauma to a certain degree. It’s the level of trauma which is what determines how it affects us mentally, emotionally or physically.

In todays podcast episode, I have Trauma Healer Laurie Smith on my show who has been practicing social work for 18 years and is well versed in multiple modalities, theories and evidence-based practices.
