Publisher's summary

This poetry book addresses both the beautiful and not so beautiful aspects of humanity. We can be incredibly hard on ourselves and neglect to realize just how resilient, strong, and loving we are. This book aims to help the listener realize their inner power and see just how special they are as a person.

We all face countless hardships throughout life and become stronger after each circumstance. We may fail sometimes, but we always endure. We rise up to each occasion with strength, beauty, and dignity, and it's time that we give ourselves credit for all that we are and all that we are capable of becoming.

We are human, and we are incredible. This audiobook is intended to be a quick listen, containing just under 70 poems. It addresses various mental health relatable topics, including: fear, anger, joy, happiness, love, heartbreak, self-loathing, and growth.

A marvelous read for any human

The preface is an eye-opening description of today's society and the impact it has on our lives. The book goes on to offer a number of spirit lifting pieces that resonated with me. It also offers a brilliant sense of inclusion that you are not alone in feeling the way you do.
Ryanna, congrats on this endeavor and thank you for sharing your comforting words.
