Good, but should be shorter

The middle is terribly boring. But overall the book is excellent. A little unrealistic at times and occasionally funny.

Cute, comical and adorably witty.

I enjoyed this performance in its entirety. The characters and storyline were relatable. Showing the reader that sometimes we need to just add some sugar and make lemonade.

Very light listening

Light and predictable easy listening. No concentration needed so good for unwinding lighthearted and relaxing.

All around wonderful book. I decided to give this book a listen after enjoying another book by the same author. And I think I liked this one even more! Truly excellent:)

Well…I did like the
story AND I was also so annoyed at the constant stream of rambling consciousness by the main character. It made the plot move so painstakingly slow. There were times that I literally yelled at the book to GET TO THE POINT! it just was unbearable at times. So my rating is 3-3.5 stars. I found this author because I was looking for authors similar to MAEVE Binchy. I don’t know if I would say this author actually is. I want to give another one of her books a try but someone PLEASE tell me that this is not her writing style with the constant thought musings. Just oh my gosh. I almost couldn’t take one more second. If it wasn’t for the fact that I got invested in the story I don’t know I don’t know if I could have finished it. Also and this is just the Way it was read But the narrator sounded strong and confident and whenever she did the voice of the main character responding with “no”
Or “ok” it was just so child like and meek and made her sound so weak. I found that really annoying.
