I listen to books while driving and when I stop the car, of course the book stops… but this book and it is the ONLY Audible book that does this…. Starts playing over again from the beginning. All other Audible books I have listened to (hundreds) pick up where the book left off. I am so sick of hearing the beginning of the book over and over, I returned it for a refund.

10/10!! This book is a must read (or must listen) for all those who want to be healthy in mind body and spirit.
This book gives you specific tools and exercises to obtain the optimal energy condition of water up fire down. The last chapters are fresh in my mind and resonated with me so much. Through attaining peace ourselves, and having water up fire down condition, we can help restore the same balance to the planet.
I feel so deeply moved by this book, I absolutely think it is a must read or must listen. I have noticed these concepts at work in my daily life and it’s made my life so much better.
