Best book ever!

I like the style and rigorous adherence to weighing claims against scientific research. Also the approach toward eating responsibly regarding quantity with quality and variety incorporated when not fasting makes sense without adhering to endless lists

Fasting works better!

The book was straight forward and easy to follow. We eat too much plain and simple. This is an answer to our collective weight problem. I fasted for the first time after starting this book but not for the last.

Overall love it

I appreciate the whole book and I am going to read his other ones as well. I look forward to completing this fast and finding freedom in surrendering my food addiction and lack of discipline. Overall i would say its pretty good and I would recommend top anyone who is curious about fasting and all the health benefits.

On point

The best part about this book is that this person shares some of his own experiences which makes this more valuable. What is very, very important for those exploring water fasts is to PREPARE them for what happens often sequentially on water and absolute fasts.

Amazing content

I recommend this for anyone who wants to learn more about fasting and is in good health--but understand, regardless of the title, water fasting is NOT a diet and is a very, dangerous way to lose weight just to lose weight--one should be very healthy and mentally/emotionally sound before attempting a water fast as this type of fast can be very taxing on the

Great resource in my fasting books library!

Wonderful book! Fasting is a powerful tool not only to lose weight (and keep it off), but to renew things on a cellular level, prolong life and improve the quality of it. Michael personal journey is a powerful example of amazing results fasting can bring into one's life. He provides clear strategies and a game plan. I consider this book a great addition to my fasting books library. Whether you are a life-long faster or just giving this fasting thing a first look, get this book, you won't regret it!

Great Benefits

Super interesting!!!

The material seems good and it was also narrated very well. That being said it's hard for me to believe. That's not a slight on the book or the books information but my healthy skepticism. I suggest people give it a listen and judge for themselves.

Simple and easy

Great shorter version of books like the complete guide to fasting which makes it quicker to get the information on fasting and the reaction your cells take to the process. Super good info for all to digest, pun intended.

Getting enough ideas.

Challenging but meaningful.

After listening to this audio book, I came to realize that part of the therapy of water fasting is recognizing how to make healthier life choices which I'm very poor at before. It has been a challenging yet meaningful experience to be guided by this author.

Good job, author

I'm morbidly obese and need to lose weight for medical reasons and my sister-in-law suggested this. I'm ecstatic to learn from this. Happy I made the time to hit the books. This water fasting book is truly fruitful.
