Great story of self growth, hardship and redemption. this book definitely grabs you! and Michael Kramer is possibly one of the greatest narrators alive.

Love MICHAel Kramer; hated the book
At least this book is aptly named: about the only thing the author does is describe the desert. I thought I liked Zane Grey, but this is one of the only books I've quit in the middle -- and I've been listening to books on tape and Audible since 1992.
