Easy to follow!!!

I’m NOT a fan of audio workouts, as following the directions can be challenging. But this book is an exception. It’s so easy to follow the verbal directions! I highly recommend Wall Pilates for Seniors audiobook! I’m a 30 year STOTT PILATES Fully Certified Instructor who has owned a studio for over 20 years. If you aren’t able to go to a certified Pilates instructor (an instructor with a legitimate and respected method of training) this Audiobook is for you!

Effective, simple for seniors

Easy listening

Audio book version easy to listen and follow instructions. Gives practical ways to get in shape no matter what age you are at in this season of life along with testimonials praising the benefits of wall pilates. Highly recommend this book to get you motivated and moving towards better health.
