Back in the 1860s, you’d be hard-pressed to find anyone more famous and revered than Preston Dilettante, America’s greatest long-distance pedestrian. An Absolute Joy!

What an adventure! Filled with colorful characters, a Forrest Gump reminiscent adventure, and heartfelt storytelling, Walker is fun, funny, and genuine. One of my favorite books I’ve read in a while. Learned what a bindle was too! Left me wanting more - hope there is a sequel!
